With over eight years of experience in customer support and administrative roles, Jenna excels in managing and streamlining office operations, particularly in the insurance sector. She is currently integral in daily operations of the insurance division at OJM, where her primary role involves providing comprehensive support to our key insurance agents. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from onboarding new clients to efficiently responding to various client service requests.
